Grab some coffee filters, markers, and a spray bottle. First add some color to the coffee filters, just make random scribbles! Next get the filters wet with a spray bottle and let them dray completely. The colors the swirl and make a tie-dye effect. Once they are dry pinch and twist them from the center to make the flower shape and wrap wire or pipe cleaners around it. Thats it! Very simple and now you have a colorful bouquet that will never die!
